Nose: Dried herbs, black currant, and plum.
Palate: cranberry leads in the palate with dark wild berries and a predominant minerality. The overall structure is deep and complex. Tannins are soft with a long lingering finish. This wine is rustic and sticks to its roots.

Rare to see a 100% cabernet sauvignon coming out of New York.
Hand crafted and hand sorted from a small quantity of grapes from Onabay Vineyard.
Wild fermented without any additives.
Aged in 42% New French oak for 18 months.
Bottled unfiltered and unrefined. (due to this I recommend decanting to remove sediment)
