Nose: Earthy soil driven components. Notes of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry. Floral with notes of violet, rose and orange peel. 

Palate: Fresh strawberry and cherry. Jammy raspberry. Floral element or rose petal. Subtle notes of orange peel and black tea. Overall mouth feel is round with refined and sophisticated tannins.

Made with minimal intervention and respect for the land it is grown on. 
One of the first releases of this pinot noir. 
50 cases produced. 
Spent under a year in 40% new French oak. 
Made in the traditional Burgundian Style. 
Made from Dijon clones.
