2017 Brooks Estate Riesling – Willamette Valley, OR –

Nose: Tangerine, honeysuckle, meyer lemon, and under ripe nectarine. 

Palate: Leads with citrus and stone fruit followed by a long finish with a subtle salinity. This wine showcases flavors of lime, pear, dried apricot, and ginger. 

Notes:
Only 200 cases produced. 
Fruit is 100% sourced from Brooks Eola-Amity vineyard site. 
Vines were planted between 1974 and 1976. 
Grown on volcanic Basalt-Neika and Jory soil. 
Made using biodynamic farming practices.

Pairing: Thai food, grilled prawns, roasted duck, grilled fish, and Asian inspired dishes.
