Nose: mineral driven with hints of slate and limestone. Notes of white flower, golden apple, peach, and lemon oil.
Palate: Acid burst and keeps palate begging for more. Notes of apricot, lime, and passion fruit. Finish is long and mineral driven.

2017 was one of the coolest and longest growing seasons in over a decade.
One of the best vintages since 2008.
This is an excellent wine to drink on it’s own or with food.
Dry style of riesling, with the acid dominating any residual sugar.
Drink: Now (2020) to 2023
Pairing: Chicken lettuce wraps, pad thai, curry. Pairs well with dishes containing spice.
